Email support@screenkeep.com with the subject line Screen Keep account deletion request. To help us verify and process the request, send it from the email address associated with your Screen Keep account, or include that account email in the message.

What deletion covers
Account deletion requests cover Screen Keep account records and associated service data where deletion is allowed, including account profile information, online screen-management records, paired display records, support-request context, and related operational data.
Some records may be retained when required or permitted for legal, tax, accounting, billing, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or compliance reasons. Payment details are handled by payment providers such as Stripe; Screen Keep does not store full payment card details.
If you have an active subscription or recent purchase, account deletion may affect access to Screen Keep services. We may ask you to verify ownership before completing a deletion request.
