Editorial policy
How Screen Keep writes and reviews digital signage content.
This policy explains how we handle product guidance, comparisons, factual claims, updates, and disclosures across Screen Keep content.
Purpose
Screen Keep publishes practical guidance for people evaluating simple digital signage workflows, especially teams that already have a webpage, menu, dashboard, schedule, or internal URL they want to show on a TV.
Point of view
This site is published by the Screen Keep product team. We may recommend Screen Keep when it fits the workflow, but product pages and comparisons should also explain when a CMS, custom kiosk, casting setup, or different device path is a better choice.
Fact checking
We review pricing, hardware availability, app-store details, platform behavior, and third-party product claims before publication and revisit them when they may have changed. We prefer primary sources such as manufacturer pages, official documentation, app listings, and hands-on product context.
Comparisons
Our comparisons describe tradeoffs clearly instead of pretending every alternative is wrong. We do not invent customer reviews, awards, credentials, certifications, partner relationships, or third-party endorsements.
Updates and corrections
When material information changes, we update the page copy and, where appropriate, the visible reviewed or updated date. Readers can send correction requests to support@screenkeep.com with the page URL and the claim that needs review.
